I bought these because I'm sick of buying gourmet spices only to find they don't have a shaker top and I'm having to use salt spoons and keep around umpteen dozen sizes of bottles on the shelves.
I have to say, I'm quite happy with them. They hold about 1/2 cup of spices each...they're actually a bit larger than I had pictured in my head, but that's okay. They do stack well...pretty stable. You could stack all 6 without too much fear of tumbling them down. The shaker tops are nice and there are smaller holed ones included in the package also. Easy to fill with a funnel. Go in the dishwasher just fine. They look nice enough too...they're clear so you can see your spices just as in the picture.
Only complaint would be the labels. The blank ones are hard to write on...they are shiny so most pen just rubs right off including sharpie, and all of them do not stick to the jars well. However, using mask tape or scotch tape or even some nice mailing labels and writing on that is a pretty easy solution. Honestly, since I only have 6 jars so far and a reasonable memory, I haven't bothered replacing the labels once they fall off. Didn't feel it was worth docking a star for something so easily fixable, but did want to mention it.
